Under the moniker TRNGS, Christian Cahill makes experimental electronic music for club contexts. This project draws inspiration from maximalism and finding the limits of rhythm and complexity in club music and cutting edge sound design. Drawing influence from Free Jazz, Footwork, Spectral Music, and Noise, he attempts to completely dissorient the sonic architecture of club culture. His music has been rationalized by
“Attempts to make sense of the chaos will continue to fail you – an experience perhaps similar to the digital world and physical reality we inhabit” (Soul Feeder Web).
He has released on labels such as Infinite Machine, 29 Speedway, 60NICE, G_SV, Gin&Platonic. He has toured internationally between the US, Europe, and Asia playing at venues such as Cura Festival, Bvkolika Festival, Genome6.66MBP series at All Club, Shanghai, and many others.
